Shipping/Exchange Policies

Processing Time: Please allow 2-6 days for your order to be processed. Processing time depends on the volume of orders received at the time.

Shipping Time: All orders are shipped through UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE and takes a maximum of 2-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped out your tracking information will be sent out to your email.

Black College Couture is not responsible for missing or stolen orders. If the item was shipped to the correct address and was seen as delivered via tracking,  please contact the US POSTAL SERVICE, and file a claim regarding your missing merchandise.

Return/Exchanges: Because all apparel is made custom for each order we do NOT accept returns or exchanges on apparel and custom merchandise. Unwanted purchases are not returnable. It is the customer's responsibility to order correct sizes. Please view item details, size chart, or email us for assistance.

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size.

If you received a defective item, we'll gladly replace it. Defective items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size after a clear picture of the defect is sent to us.
